Waltron, L.L.C., a leading producer of industrial water on-line quality instrumentation, is pleased to announce that Mr. Marco Buis is joining the company as its European Sales Manager.
Mr. Buis, born in the Netherlands, holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering (direction mechatronica and energy) from the university in Eindhoven in the Netherlands. During his career Mr. Buis has developed instruments, executed a management position and traveled many years globally in a highly technically driven sales function. He has acquired his technical, sales and management skills by operating in local and strong global companies, such as Jacobs BV, Weir Minerals Netherlands and Haffmans BV.
John M. Walsh III, Chairman of Waltron LLC and Managing Director of Waltron BV (a newly created European subsidiary based out of the Netherlands) states: ”Marco Buis’ sales management skills and broad global experience will extend and strengthen our leading global position by growing our European market. He will be based in the Netherlands and as Sales Manager will be responsible for all European markets, leading all European sales efforts.”
Mr. Walsh adds: “Mr. Buis' arrival at Waltron is perfectly timed with the creation of the Waltron BV and the acquisition of CE certifications for all main Waltron products”.
