Start-up Utilizing Factory Trained Technicians & Onsite Training Available During Start-up

Waltron’s Start-up and Training service program is an excellent way for customers to ensure Waltron equipment runs smoothly and correctly right from the very start. Some of the benefits of Start-Up and Training for new Waltron instruments include:

• Increased understanding of the analyzer through direct communication
• Ensure proper sample connections and specifications
• Better awareness of analyzer functions
• Improved knowledge for basic maintenance procedures

Start-up Utilizing Factory Trained Technicians

• $800.00 for 1st analyzer
• $400.00 for each additional analyzer + expenses at cost
• Resets start of warranty to actual start-up date
• Requirements
  • All units must be at the same location
  • All units must be completely installed with sample line connected
  • Customer must have adequate supply of fresh reagents and standards ready
  • Name and details for plant contact for interface with plant personnel and start-up assistance
• Expenses are invoiced at cost

Note: These special start-up rates are not available on units that have been in service for any length of time.

Onsite Training Available During Start-up

• $500.00 + $50.00/student for materials
• Classroom and “hands on” training with the analyzer; includes hard copy manuals for each attendee
• Expenses are invoiced at cost
